ChatGPT: Lets talk about this new AI hype everyone is talking about

ChatGPT is an exciting new chatbot technology that promises to revolutionize the way we interact with computers. ChatGPT is a deep learning-based natural language processing (NLP) system that can understand and respond to human conversations in real time. It's designed to be used as a conversational interface for applications, websites, and other digital products.

Unlike traditional chatbots, which rely on pre-programmed responses or rulesets, ChatGPT uses machine learning algorithms combined with large datasets of conversation data to generate its own unique responses based on what it has learned from previous conversations. This means it can provide more personalised answers tailored specifically for each user’s needs—all without any programming required by the developer!

The key benefit of using ChatGPT is its ability to handle complex tasks such as understanding context and providing accurate information quickly and accurately in response - something traditional bots are often unable do very well due their limited capabilities when compared with deep learning models like those employed by Chat GTP . For example , if you ask “What’s the weather like today?” , instead of simply giving you an answer about current conditions ,Chat GTP could provide additional information such as forecasts or historical trends relevant  your query .

Another advantage over traditional bots lies in how quickly they learn; whereas many existing systems require extensive training before they're capable enough for use cases beyond simple Q&A scenarios —a process which takes months—Chat GTP requires no manual effort whatsoever thanks largely due its Self Learning AI engine . This means developers can get up & running immediately after deploying their bot onto their platform – perfect for rapid prototyping !

In summary then : If you're looking at developing a conversational interface into your product/service but don't want spend months painstakingly training up your bot then look no further than Chatapt – offering fast & accurate results without any programming required !

ChatGPT, an OpenAI product could be the first real threat in decades to Google’s $149 billion search business

Since stepping back from day-to-day duties, Mr. Page and Mr. Brin have taken a laissez-faire approach to Google, two people familiar with the matter said. They have let Mr. Pichai run the company and its parent company, Alphabet, while they have pursued other projects, such as flying car start-ups and disaster relief efforts.

The re-engagement of Google's founders, at the invitation of the company's current chief executive, Sundar Pichai, emphasized the urgency felt among many Google executives about artificial intelligence. Chatbot, ChatGPT, which was released by the small San Francisco company OpenAI two months ago, amazed users by simply explaining complex concepts and generating ideas from scratch. More important to Google, it looked as if it could offer a new way to search for information on the internet.

The new A.I. technology has shaken Google out of its routine. Mr. Pichai declared a “code red,” upending existing plans and jump-starting A.I. development. Google now intends to unveil more than 20 new products and demonstrate a version of its search engine with chatbot features this year, according to a slide presentation reviewed by The New York Times and two people with knowledge of the plans who were not authorized to discuss them.

At the same time, Alphabet is scaling back its work force. On Friday, the company said it would cut about 12,000 jobs after a hiring spree during the pandemic and amid concerns of a slowing economy. The layoffs were designed “to ensure that our people and roles are aligned with our highest priorities as a company,” Mr. Pichai wrote in a note to employees.

“This is a moment of significant vulnerability for Google,” said D. Sivakumar, a former Google research director who helped found a start-up called Ton

Alzheimer’s or other neurodegenerative disease, can viral illness be a cause here?

A study by researchers from the NIH found a link between viral infections and increased risk of developing neurodegenerative disorder, such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

The strongest risk association was between viral encephalitis and Alzheimer's disease, while hospitalizations due to pneumonia-causing flu viruses were linked to the diagnoses of several disorders.

The study suggests that existing vaccinations may help some people reduce the chances of experiencing these disorders.

The researchers analyzed medical records from 300,000 individuals in Finland and 500,000 individuals in the UK to reach their conclusions.

They found 22 pairings between a neurodegenerative disorder diagnosis and a previous viral infection.

Further analysis of the FinnGen data suggested that the risks associated with some viruses may wear off over time.

Additional research is needed to determine the underlying mechanisms of this phenomenon.

Jessica Wade : 1,700 Wikipedia Entries on Women Scientists and still doing it

Jessica Wade, a 34-year-old British scientist, has been writing a Wikipedia entry every day to highlight the achievements of women scientists whose contributions to the world have either gone unnoticed or remain largely unacknowledged, no thanks to the systemic racial bias in Wikipedia's coverage as well as that of mainstream media. Wade believes that diversity matters in the scientific community because diverse minds come up with diverse solutions, and not operating from the privileged white male gaze affords them viewpoints into other ways of living that perhaps need scientific innovation. This is why highlighting the achievements of women scientists, in a field largely dominated by white men, became essential to Wade.
